My family of seven (5 adults and two children) were more than comfortable with all the living space the house. Sonal (the owner) and Novelette (the property manager) were both extremely helpful and friendly to work with. Novelette assisted us in securing a chef who was able to come the house the same night and he cooked an amazing meal, my family was able to sit outside by the pool and next to the beach while we enjoyed our meal. There house is in a great location as it only took us about 5 min car ride down the road to the "Fish Fry" and about 10-15 mins downtown depending on traffic. The views from the terrace are simply breath taking! we sat out there every night and watched the sunset. The pool was perfect for the kids as it wasn't too deep and that was perfect for the adults. The Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed as we also cooked breakfast one of the mornings. All the TV's had cable, which we didn't use often, but one of the nights it came in handy as we were all pretty exhausted from sightseeing all day and just sat around the living room that evening. The pictures do this house no justice, when you walk in the door you will immediately know you're about to have an amazing vacation.

Seaduction was an excellent location to celebrate a wedding and family vacation The house was clean and provided the necessary items to cook. It was spacious for 12 people, the layout of the bedrooms gave everyone privacy. The location was near relatives. I would highly recommend this location. Yes, we will rebook this house next year. It was an awesome experience.

We had never rented a home on vrbo and were not sure what to expect, the view that indulges your eyes as you enter leaves you in awe. Home has all the amenities you would want and then some. We were a group of 6 and we had a blast, swimming at night with the moonlight, meals on the deck under the sail shade. The local jitney(bus system) very convenient for going out for meals and to town. Would we rent from these owners again? In a heartbeat, would we come back to Nassau, yes when your wife says it takes her longer to get her hair and make up then to get to the islands, you say sold!

We have been renting on vrbo all over the caribbean and normally stay at the Cove in Atlantis, but we will now come to this house, we love the proximity to the ocean. Just steps to the ocean, to jet ski, to parasail was priceless. House was very well equipped and we could not have asked for more!

This house offers so much for a vacation. The house is huge with spacious bedrooms and many bathrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom are incredible with amazing views of the ocean. The pool and jacuzzi are added bonuses. There are many lounge chairs outside for relaxing. The great room is very big and comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful in getting what you need for the kitchen and stocking up on food and beverages. I would definitely vacation at this home again.

We loved our stay at SeaDuction, the house is close to the airport and easy to get around town without a car. We loved being right on the ocean, views were incredible. Cooking in the kitchen was a treat, Italian range overlooking the turquoise waters. Pool was heated, kids loved it. Plenty of outdoor seating. Rooms very spacious, daily housekeeping was a treat. Loved the snorkeling. Oh Andros at fish fry was a treat, thank you Sonya for recommending it. Golden shores, Chinese restaurant was a hit or miss with some of their dishes. Grand kids loved the swings at Saunders beach. We walked to the convenience store for groceries. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We stayed here for the weekend, and hosted a wedding reception during this period. This place is awesome and extremely comfortable. It was very romantic of the couple who got married as well as, very comfortable for all the persons attending the function. Our family and friends really enjoyed the surroundings and we had a great time entertaining them here with all the amenities. It was extremely private an intimate and a "to die for" view of the ocean. It was immaculate and the owner was extremely accommodating and available. The location is so convenient to the activities of the town We would strongly recommend this to our family and friends.

Was the perfect place for our anniversary! Had a great time. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub over looking the ocean. We stayed on the deck most of the time. Plenty of lounge chairs, outdoor sofa under the pergola was a favorite as well. Kitchen was well stocked. Master suite was better than any presidential suite in a 5 start hotel. We will be back!

If you think this place looks good on the internet, wait until you see it in person ... it is truly amazing! Eight of us (all close friends) had the opportunity to spend a few days. The views of the ocean from the outside area around the pool are spectacular morning, noon & night ... especially the sunsets. And the inside of the houses just as spectacular. Master suite is better than any presidential suite at a hotel. You must use the shower in the master bathroom, it's an experience. Both inside and outside offer plenty of space for socializing & solitude when needed. And though you may find it hard to leave, some of the best beaches & restaurants you'll ever visit are no more than a 15 minute car ride away. Rental cars, restaurant & recreation suggestions, travel arrangements to the house from the airport or the harbor & simply answering all our questions ... no inquiry went unanswered. Perfect! If you're thinking about renting this place, stop thinking & start booking. You will NOT be disappointed.

We must admit we were seduced by SeaDuction! Great location, newly renovated, much more than we expected. Tastefully decorated. Master Suite is something that you would find in the "Lifestyle of the rich and famous". Close to the airport, we walked to the fish fry a few times, close to downtown and 20 minutes to Atlantis. We are hooked, taking the steps to the beach, the views, the snorkeling, the fishing. We were greeted by Jacques upon arrival and he was very helpful. Loved the daily housekeeping. Cannot wait to go back! Short but fun trip.
